Flora knew Baptiste Yoga was for her after her very first practice at Drishti, “Baptiste Yoga has transformed my mind, body and spirit. I have had moments of ease, strength, power, confidence, frustration, pain, tears, and surrender and it has all lead to my overall growth. As a teacher, if I can facilitate that growth for my students through this practice, it is the greatest gift I can give. I love being part of a global community of yogis that support and encourage me to become something bigger than myself and to step out of my comfort zone.”Ellen's Classes
I found my way to hot yoga almost a year after giving birth to my daughter. Despite years of running on treadmills and pavements to stay fit, I struggled to get rid of the “baby weight”. But after a few hot yoga classes, the weight magically disappeared, and I was a believer. That was almost 9 years ago. I’ve been hooked on yoga ever since. In 2011, I crossed over to teaching Bikram Yoga and Power Yoga classes, and since then I've completed Level 1 & 2 with Baron Baptiste, and Art of Assisting. I see myself as a student of yoga first, and a teacher second, Each time I step on my mat, it’s an opportunity to learn and be better; it’s a chance to deepen my practice; and it’s a vehicle to share love, light and energy with all those around me. What I learn on the mat helps me be a better person in all the roles I assume - as a mother, a wife, a friend, a student, and a teacher. When I’m not in the studio, taking or teaching yoga, I’m teaching preschoolers at my day job instead. And when I’m not there you can find me creating something. Creative to the core, I love all the arts, visual and performing, and I’m also a self-proclaimed food enthusiast with a passion in vegan cooking and baking. I’m really excited to be part of the Drishti staff and community. I’m very thankful to Christine and everyone in the studio for sharing their energy with me and letting me share mine with them.Anna's Classes

Stefanie came to yoga during her first pregnancy 20 years ago. From that first prenatal class, she found a deeper connection to both the physical and spiritual parts of herself. Her personal practice has included Anusura, Ashtanga and Bikram, but it wasn’t until she took her first Baptiste power yoga class that she decided to become a certified teacher. Stefanie received her 200 hr power yoga teacher training at Drishti and is RYT 200 certified through Yoga Alliance. Stefanie considers herself a perpetual student, delighting in attending various beginner and mixed level classes and workshops.
Releasing fear of inadequacy, fear of failure, and letting go of expectations and control has been the keystone of her yoga practice on and off the mat. With gratitude for all the abundance in her life, she hopes that her students feel empowered, important and cared for in her classes. Her ultimate goal is to provide a place where they can reconnect with their bodies, quiet their minds and deepen their spiritual path without judgement.
When not on her mat, Stefanie can be found gardening, tending her chickens or walking her two labradors.Christine's Classes
I have completed over 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training. Registered with yoga Alliance RYT-200. I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and continue to be a student. I completed Baron Baptiste Level 1 Training, as well as a 200 hour Teacher Training at Drishti Power Yoga with Christine Aspen and Ellen Mosco. I followed up with the Bodhi Flow 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and am certified to teach Yoga Body Bootcamp. I have also attended many workshops to broaden my knowledge of different styles of yoga. I started practicing yoga not knowing how much it would forever change my life. I have seen my life transform and grow in so many positive ways. I fell in love with the movement of yoga and how it makes me feel physically and mentally. I came to yoga for exercise and have since learned that yoga is so much more, it is a tool for everyday life. As a teacher, I hope to encourage my students to connect with their body. I hope to inspire them to find their personal strength and strive to be their best on and off the mat.Jillian's Classes
