Yoga for Young Athletes is an all-levels one hour class specially designed for young adults ages 13-18 who wish to prepare their bodies and minds for optimal performance in athletics and performance endeavors such as soccer, dance, football, baseball/softball, gymnastics, volleyball, ice hockey, track, golf, field hockey, tennis, cross-country, swimming, martial arts and more. Through yoga-based movement and breath awareness, students gain physical and mental strength, flexibility, and improve coordination while also developing skills to manage stress and improve focus. Open to all youth in grades 6 - 12. No experience is required. Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a water bottle. We also have mats available for use at the studio.

We are offering this again in May due to popular demand! Cultivate a deep sense of connection with your daughter in our very special Mother/Daughter Mini-Retreat. This 2-hour mini-retreat is a perfect way to spend quality time with your daughter and to connect with her in a fun and relaxing environment.
We encourage kids to be fearless, be outgoing, be strong, be gentle, be confident, be awesome, be thoughtful, kind and open! This is a message we all need to be reminded of and we will integrate these ideas throughout the practice.
During this mini-retreat, we will practice individual yoga poses, partner yoga poses, meditation and deep relaxation. We will also incorporate pure essential oils into our practice with explanations on how to use them at home. You will both leave this retreat with practices share at home with each other and the rest of your family.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.

Through yoga, children and tweens learn how to relax and interact in a nurturing and non-competitive environment. Yoga practice also increases flexibility, strength and muscle tone and helps children to develop space orientation, body awareness, balance and a sense of harmony.
In this camp, kids will enjoy a nurturing, supportive, non-competitive atmosphere. They will stretch and energize their bodies and minds, learn to express themselves creatively, practice working cooperatively in large and small groups, be introduced to activities they may have not tried before – yoga, learn mindfulness, self-calming techniques, relaxation, develop special friendships and MOST importantly, have loads of fun. A typical day includes yoga, arts and crafts, music, dance and chanting, yoga games, relaxation and meditation. $35/day, sign up for one or both days!
Not ready to go back to school yet??? Kick start your school year with Yoga..…..Yes Please. Our back to the grind class supports the transition from summer to studies. We will do yoga poses designed for everyone, talk about self-care and the ups and downs of heading back to school. Ages 8 & up.
Join us for a super spooky, fun-filled Halloween yoga class that the whole family with enjoy! Bring your entire family to yoga and practice together. This is a 90 minute all levels family class that will include poses for everyone - standing poses, sun salutations, partner and group poses, breathing and relaxation techniques and fun, interactive yoga games. This class is an opportunity for bonding with family while sharing the health and well being that yoga brings. Ages 4 & up.
